Terms

These terms cover your mixtape account — the account you use across our products. They are an agreement between you and Human Hygiene Kft., which runs mixtape.works (its details are in the imprint). Where a product has its own terms or prices, those apply on top of these.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16 to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use your account to break the law, to harm other people, or to interfere with our services. If you do, we may suspend or close the account.

Our services

We work hard to keep things running, but we provide the account and our products as they are, without guarantees that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Using a product for your organisation

• When you create a workplace (Voks) or a company account (Dayrule), you do it on behalf of your organisation, and you confirm you may. Your organisation is then the Customer: it decides whom it adds and what it records, it is the controller of that data, and the Data Processing Agreement applies.
• The organisation tells its people about the product and what it records there, as data protection law requires; each product’s own privacy page is there to help.
• Voks is not a whistleblowing channel under any law; an organisation that must run one needs its own.
• The products are free during their pilot. If one starts to cost money, we say so in advance, and nothing is charged without the organisation’s agreement.
• The data stays the organisation’s: it can export it at any time, and when it stops using a product we delete its data as the Data Processing Agreement says.

Law and disputes

Hungarian law governs these terms, and the Hungarian courts competent for our registered seat decide disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection the law of your own country gives you, or your right to complain to an authority.

Language

These terms are written in English, and the English version is the one that binds.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date above.
