Refunds and cancellation
What happens when you cancel a Storefront Ninja subscription, and what we refund.
Who this is between
Storefront Ninja is a product of mixtape.works, run by Human Hygiene Kft., 1163 Budapest, Datolya utca 40., Hungary (company registration number 01-09-464537, EU VAT number HU12087783; full details at mixtape.works/imprint). On this page "we" is that company, and "you" is whoever pays for a plan. Write to support@mixtape.works about anything on this page.
The free plan
The free plan costs nothing and asks for no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund on it, and a shop on it never stops selling for not paying.
How to cancel
Press Cancel on your shop's own Plan page, any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your shop keeps selling and every feature stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it goes back to the free plan, and nothing is charged again after that. You can also write to support@mixtape.works, or manage the subscription directly from Paddle: every payment's receipt comes from Paddle too.
What is not refunded
Cancelling does not refund the part of the current period you have already paid for and are not using any more: your shop simply carries on selling until that period ends. If you are charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, write to support@mixtape.works and we will sort it out with Paddle, outside Paddle's own window too.
Paddle's own refund window
Beyond a mistake like that, a refund is Paddle's decision, under Paddle's own policy, paddle.com/legal/refund-policy: it may refund a payment made in the last 14 days, entirely at its discretion, reviewed case by case. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or somewhere else with its own cooling-off right, that right stands alongside Paddle's policy. The rest of what you agree to by paying is Paddle's buyer terms, paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
